A beautifully crafted RPG from 1995 that tells the story of Crono, a young swordsman who is friends with a tech-wizard girl that accidentally opens a vortex that allows them to travel through time.
Thanks to these portals they begin an adventure that starts as a simple rescue attempt and quickly turns into a struggle to change the fate of the world and prevent the apocalypse.
For you guys maybe it will be hard to overcome the "old" and pixelated graphics. This game was born way before 3D HD graphics. But for those of you who give this gem a chance, you're in for a tale that you will never forget.
This game was made in an era in which story and characters were more important than beautiful graphics. And even though it had one of the most awesome graphics for its time, what shines above all else is the heart of the game, which is a beautiful story about honor, love and friendship.
This is a game that is in every respectable Top-3 of "The best of the best on SNES" far and wide on the internet. Only sometimes bested by the likes of Super Metroid or The Legend of Zelda: A link to the past; and is considered by many as one of the best RPGs ever made.
